Qualifications:
- Must have at least 3 years of experience with project coordination within millwork carpentry construction or related fields
- Ideal candidates will have experience specifically with millwork installation project coordination
- Must be willing and able to travel regionally to job sites as needed
- Technical/trade school training is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Project Coordination: Plan and manage the installation of millwork projects ensuring alignment with construction schedules and client requirements.
- Scheduling & Logistics: Coordinate installation teams delivery of materials and job site readiness to minimize delays and disruptions.
- Quality Control: Inspect installations for accuracy craftsmanship and compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Communication & Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients contractors and internal teams addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of installation progress change orders material usage and job site conditions.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure installation teams adhere to workplace safety regulations and company policies.
- Vendor & Subcontractor Coordination: Work with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and highquality workmanship.
- ProblemSolving: Identify and address potential installation challenges implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track.
