You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Assistant Director of Marketing is a key leader responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance Fort Hays State Universitys (FHSU) visibility student engagement and enrollment. This role oversees marketing initiatives across multiple channels ensuring alignment with the universitys goals for strategic enrollment growth student retention and brand elevation. The position requires an individual with strong project management capabilities exceptional communication skills and the ability to effectively balance multiple priorities. Effective when working independently and with a team.
Minimum Qualifications
This position requires a bachelors degree in marketing communications or a related field. Must have at least three years of professional experience in marketing or related field and demonstrated experience with digital marketing platforms and tools.
