Your Role
As the Head of Business Development for YellowStone Your responsibilities will include leading a team developing a growth strategy evaluating the value chain identifying new markets negotiating with customers and analyzing global market trends. Furthermore you will be responsible for recruitment activities monitoring key sales metrics and collaborating with other departments to ensure the smooth of sales strategies.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales or business development strategy aligned with company objectives.
Identify and qualify new leads build relationships and convert them into paying customers.
Manage the entire sales or business development cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
Lead and motivate a highperforming team (if applicable).
Oversee the sales or business development budget and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activity.
Identify and develop strategic partnerships to expand our reach and market share.
Contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
