Overview
If youre looking to hit the ground running the Enterprise Management Internship will help you build valuable business and leadership skills. For a university/college student the realworld professional experience youll receive during the internship will help you stand apart from the crowd and will be more than just a line on your resume.
From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise youll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year fulltime professionals. Its a teambased environment; and throughout your internship your peers will be right by your side helping you learn grow and have fun.
This role is located at 2301 NE Division St Bend OR 97701 or 3113 S Hwy 97 105 Redmond OR 97756
Compensation: $18.50/hour plus an endofsummer scholarship award to topperforming interns $500$2000. Top interns will be offered a fulltime position to join Enterprise upon graduation.
This position is full time 40hours/week) 12 week program with the option to start on either May 15 2025 or June 19 2025
Responsibilities
When you join our Management Internship Program youll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new exciting rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season well put you in the middle of everything just like our Management Trainees. Well give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles take care of customers develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
During our internship youll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications
- Must be enrolled at a College or University graduating with a Bachelors degree by Winter 2025 or Spring/Summer 2026
- Must have a valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
- No drug or alcohol related event on driving record in the past 3 years (i.e. DUI DWI)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
- 12 week commitment with the availability to work 40 hours per week for one of these time frames:
- Thursday May 15 2025 through August 12 2025
- Thursday June 19 2025 through September 16 2025
