The Pratt & Whitney Engine Case Repair facility is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the Customer Account Management team. The CSR will act as the main point of contact for customers and interface between our Operations and Engineering teams.

What You Will Learn:

  • Commercial and military aviation contract compliance

  • Aftermarket maintenance value stream specifically engine component repair processes

What You Will Do:

  • Responsible for all customer communication for assigned customer accounts. Liaison between customer and PSD providing timely and accurate information regarding customer orders. Utilize appropriate communicate channels to effectively communicate status changes (email phone status reports or calls etc.

  • Typical tasks and communication topics include: PO workscope Repair Requirements Checklist (RRC) EAs/tech data pricing detail material quoting invoices outside vendor issues exchanges certifications s report customer need dates shipping details warranty.

  • Work effectively with other departments to resolve customer requests. Monitor customer request status and follow up with the customer once complete.

  • Maintains knowledge of RTX organization PSD products and Global Trade Compliance to provide the appropriate information and support to customers.

  • Recommend process improvements utilizing continuous improvement tools.
