Job Description
The desired candidate willsupervise and coordinate activities of all Quality associates engaged in all phases of the QMS to ensure products meet or exceed customer expectations while also ensuring the Quality associates follow all procedures and requirements set internally and as required by our ISO/IATF scope and work in a manner consistent with the Mission Principles and Values of Techmer PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensures employees are working safely and all safety guidelines are being followed
Works with Production and Technical Services to address any nonconformances promptly so that there are no delivery delays
- Works with Quality team and Production team to address offcolor issues and other quality issues
- Orders and maintains QC supplies
- Assists with gauge R&R studies as needed
- Assists in nonconformance investigations
- Reviews products for improvement opportunities
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma & 5 years in Quality Control experience or 2 years Quality Supervision experience
- Proven leadership skills and a working knowledge of the QMS and all process flows.
- Strong knowledge of existing systems including QMS and Microsoft Office experience with D365 preferred
- Ability to manage daytoday activities to achieve company goals. .
