Job Description
Job Summary:
A leading hotel is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant General Manager for our Pikeville KY location. As the Assistant General Manager you will play a critical role in ensuring the overall success of our restaurant. This is a fulltime position and the ideal candidate will be an individual contributor. This job is located in Pikeville KY.

Responsibilities:
Assist the General Manager in overseeing daytoday operations of the restaurant including but not limited to guest satisfaction staff management and financial performance
Ensure that all company policies procedures and standards are being followed at all times
Train and develop team members to provide exceptional service to guests
Assist in creating and implementing strategies to increase revenue and profitability
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Conduct regular audits to maintain quality control and compliance with health and safety regulations
Build and maintain relationships with vendors suppliers and other business partners
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Stay uptodate with industry trends and competitors to ensure the restaurant remains competitive
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality/restaurant industry
Knowledge of local market and experience in a similar geographic location preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced highpressure environment
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding financial targets
Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Must have reliable transportation to and from work
