We are offering you to join our team as aSales Specialist in our office in Tampa.
The newcomer will work in the Division majoring in selling FTL.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Customers search identifying new requirements providing price offers for new requests and getting the maximum number of orders;
- Establishment/ renewal of contractual relations with former Customers;
- Work on the development of the Customers found;
- Participation in tender preparations;
- Contract negotiation and signing;
- Team work with the internal employees aiming at providing excellent service (FTL transportation);
- Making quotes under all the requests and Order Releases when Ordered;
- Fixing Communication History in Customers profiles.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3PL and Sales experience;
- Understanding of the United States transportation industry;
- Experience with FTL (sales or operations) obligatory;
- Own portfolio of Customers (FTL business) will be an additional advantage;
- Strong customer service and negotiation skills;
- Excellent computer skills;
- Ability to work both individually and in a team;
- Ability to balance attention to detail and a quick time;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Resultsoriented mindset.
