Experience:
At least 5year experience indelivering economic studies and market analysis such as socioeconomic analysis industry analysis macroeconomic analysis critical infrastructure analysis investment analysis etc.
Experience working for a donorfunded project or implementing partner would be a plus.
Experience with Ukrainian central or local government would be a plus.
Proven expertise in project management planning and coordination.
Qualifications and skills:
Clear passion for contributing to economic reforms and recovery activities.
University degree in public administration economics engineering or finance; Masters degree is preferred.
Strong analytical skills.
Strong organisational and management skills.
Understanding of local and national social and economic context.
Demonstrated skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with different private and public sector stakeholders.
Ability to work in a multinational and dynamic environment.
Proven ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Proficiency in MS PowerPoint MS Word MS Excel.
Ukrainian native/fluent English advanced/fluent (both oral and written).
