Mental Health Clinician (LCSW LCPC or LMFT)
Titan Placement Group invites you to explore an exciting opportunity for a Mental Health Clinician in Bangor ME. This position provides the chance to work in either the Bangor ME locations offering care to diverse populations while contributing to an integrated care model. Salary and Benefits
- Salary Range: $60000 $93500
- Quarterly Bonus: $2500 based on meeting quality standards (Provider Recognition Program for HighQuality Performance)
- SignOn/Retention Bonus: $10000 to $15000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
- Provide mental health services to patients of all ages in a primary care setting
- Comfortably manage patients with dual diagnoses
- Facilitate substance use disorder (SUD) groups as needed
- Offer traumainformed care collaborating with primary care providers in a dynamic flexible environment
- Participate in warm handoffs and quick consults to provide timely care
- Contribute to holistic patient care alongside an experienced care team
Requirements
- Licensed as an LCSW LCPC or LMFT in the state of Maine (conditional licensure considered)
- Experience working in an integrated care model is preferred
- Passion for serving underserved and vulnerable populations
- Comfort working in a dynamic and collaborative care environment
