About The Role
The Hobart Clinic is looking to recruit mental health specialists to work in our multidisciplinary model of care to develop and facilitate therapeutic groups focused on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and programs for addictive behaviours anxiety and depression.
We are seeking skilled facilitators who have an empathetic approach and strong communication skills to create a safe therapeutic environment where patients and clients feel heard and valued. All The Hobart Clinic mental health and wellbeing programs are evidencebased traumainformed client centered incorporating a harmminimisation philosophy
