We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Corporate Managing Associate 5 PQE) to join our clients prestigious London office. About the Role:
As a Managing Associate you will play a central part in our corporate team working on complex matters such as M&A (public and private) private equity transactions and equity capital markets. You will lead significant workstreams manage highvalue deals and provide clients with strategic commerciallyfocused legal advice. This role offers significant career progression and the chance to advance to senior leadership within the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting reviewing and negotiating complex transaction documents.
- Leading and coordinating corporate transactions including multijurisdictional deals.
- Maintaining and developing longterm client relationships through postclosing support.
- Contributing to the expansion of the corporate practice through active business development.
- Supervising and mentoring junior members of the team including trainees and paralegals.
- Playing an integral role in the ongoing growth and strategic initiatives of the London office.
About You:
- Qualified solicitor with 5 years of postqualification experience in corporate law.
- Strong expertise in M&A (public and private) private equity and/or equity capital markets.
- Ambitious detailoriented and driven to provide toptier legal service.
- Passionate about delivering intellectually challenging work and achieving excellence.
- Capable of building and maintaining trusted client relationships based on quality service.
- Eager to contribute to the firms growth and success through proactive business development.
