Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is a national franchise that specializes in massage facial and hair removal services. With over 400 locations the Hand & Stone brand is a leader in the membershipbased spa service industry.
- Provide excellent customer service to members and guests
- Ideal past experience would be working for a gym or other membership driven environment
- Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival
- Answer phones book appointments sell memberships gift cards and upgrades
- Follow proper office procedures/file maintenance
- Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy and skin care
- Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance
- Display a positive energetic attitude
- Be a team player
- Possess Windows computer knowledge/skills
- Perform various other duties as assigned
- Be willing to take initiative in picking up new tasks around the office
