This role can be based out of Toronto or Montreal and must be bilingual in French and English

JOB SUMMARY

Optimize Inventory levels across the distribution network. Manage daily and weekly KPIs to ensure shipment plans SKU level Inventory & Sales goals are being met.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Systems:

Continue to work cross functionally to ensure our systems are all integrated with all downstream processes. Using our Deployment planning system of O9 & Shipment creation system of Load builder. Ensuring inputs and constraints are maintain and accurately reflect capability of Business to ensure most optimal deployment plan creation and maintenance.

Business Variability:

Success of this role is dependent on extremely variable factors such as forecast & shipment accuracy.

Requires a lot of flexibility and contingency planning.

Routines:

Analyze daily Load builder suggestion replenishment optimizer outputs

Create STOs

Track KPIs

Publish Deployment Plan

Optimize Inventory across the network

Review DOI both regionally and total Canada

Work cross functionally ensuring the most optimal deployment plan to support forecast in Quebec and Canada

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Education

  • Bachelors Degree Business Engineering Economics Supply Chain any other analytical field

Experience

  • Process improvement
  • SAP
  • O9/ ERP/ Planning Systems
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Inventory Control
  • STO/PO Creation
  • Forecast Asset
