Xavier Universitys Office of Human Resources is looking for a proactive and detailoriented Benefits and Compensation Specialist to join our team. This position supports the daily administration of employee benefits and compensation helping to ensure that faculty and staff receive timely accurate information and support in navigating the benefits offerings. This position reports to the Director of Benefits Compensation and HR Technology.
