Job Description

Your key responsibilities

  • The decision making in financial matters in the Industrial Equipment delivery together with management team.
  • To ensure that business controls and analytics related issues are being considered in decision making.
  • To arrange management accounting within the Groups framework.
  • Identify plan and develop financial key measurements relevant to the business and drive development of controlling practices in the country.
  • Work in good cooperation with regions and countries financial accounting teams and business controllers.
  • Support business operations such as factory and project management.
  • Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 Standards

  Key Performance Targets:

  • Growth and profitability of the business together with efficient capital management.
  • Effective decisionmaking support for business management.
  • Reporting development and standardized reporting for result balance sheet and KPI reporting.
  • Reporting accuracy quality reliability and speed within the unit.
  • Relevance of financial analysis in the development projects.

    Individual Main Accountabilities:

    Makes decision in the financial matters.

    Decision making support for relevant executives.

    Responsibility for correct and timely operative reporting.

    Responsibility for business controlling within the business including forecasting process various financial analysis pipeline profitability project financials and forecasting cash flows bank guarantees capital management cost structure currency hedging process etc.

    No direct responsibility for financial accounting or taxation but assisting role when the tasks between FA and BC are agreed.

    Internal business controls in the unit.

    External auditing process and external audit controls in the unit.


Qualifications :

What should you bring

  • Experience in demanding financial management or business controlling tasks.
  • Expertise on project financials and project financial follow up.
  • Experience of project contractual risks analysis.
  • Experience in SAP FICO processes.
