Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform warehouse operations including material receipt storage inventory management and order processing in compliance with GMP standards
- Execute sample collection management and discard processes for inventory
- Maintain accurate documentation following Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
- Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure system inventory accuracy
- Comply with cGMP Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations
- Report potential quality events or nonconformance to GMPs/SOPs promptly
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure operational continuity
- Be prepared for occasional overtime and weekend work as needed
- Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25lbs and standing for extended periods
Qualifications :
Minimum Requirements:
- Associates degree with 35 years of related Warehouse experience or High School Diploma and 57 years of related Warehouse experience
- Experience working in a GMPregulated environment and following SOPs
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs and comfort with walking and standing for extended periods
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SAP and warehouse management systems
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Quick learner adaptable to new processes and tasks
Additional Information :
Position is first shift fulltime MonFri 3pm1130pm with overtime as needed. Flexibility to work on 1st shift or split shifts (such as 8am5pm or 12pm8:30pm) is needed during training period. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of West Point PA are encouraged to apply.
