LOCATION: Louisville KY InOffice
REPORTS TO: Inbound Call Center Manager
TYPE: Part Time Hourly NonExempt
*This position is onsite at our Louisville KY office*
Generation Tux is an online tuxedo and suit rental platform founded by menswear legend George Zimmer. George created the company in 2014 to provide highquality tuxedo and suit rentals competitively priced and in the most convenient way possible shipped directly to your door. Generation Tux is a growthstage startup and we need your help taking our growth to the next level.
Generation Tux is currently looking for a motivated selfstarter to join our Customer Service team. Applicants should be reliable hardworking detailoriented and be able to problemsolve. A typical day includes regular contact with customers by phone and email as well as other office duties as assigned. What we are looking for in our Customer Service Representatives:
- Skilled customer service representative with the ability to answer customers by phone email and social media platforms
- Dependability
- Computer skills
- Multitasking and organization skills
- A strong desire to help and be empathetic to customer needs
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- 2 years working in customer service (in person or virtually)
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability and knowledge using computers and various platforms(email chat social media) to answer customer needs
Schedules Available
Evening and Weekend coverage needed. Hours of operation Monday through Friday are 9:30 to 9:00 and Saturday/Sunday 9:30 to 6:00.
