We are currently looking for someone to support our growing Customer Service Growth Hub in Warsaw. Youll be a key member of the team ensuring an exceptional experience for our customers in Poland Germany Austria and the Netherlands. Our team may be small but your impact will be huge!

Your Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Team Member you will play a crucial role in LYKOs growth in Poland and across Europe. Through chat and email youll support customers with deliveries returns and any technical issues they may face.
But thats not all youll also be their personal advisor and beauty expert! Our goal is to consistently provide toptier service and exceed customer expectations!
What We Offer
Our office is located in the heart of Warsaw close to the Centrum Nauki Kopernik metro station. We work in a hybrid model three days a week in the office and for the other two days its up to you: home office or office Your choice!

Who Are We Looking For
Were searching for someone who:
Excels at building relationships and considers communication a strong suit
Is fluent in Polish and English both spoken and written
Is passionate about the beauty industry and the latest trends
Is proactive and enjoys working in an engaged team
Learns new technologies and IT systems quickly
Wants to grow in customer service enjoys taking on new challenges and isnt afraid of diverse tasks
Customer service experience is a plus and knowledge of German and/or Dutch will be an advantage.
Who Are We
LYKO is a leading ecommerce company in the Nordic countries specializing in beauty. We operate 30 physical stores in Sweden Norway and Finland along with modern production centers wellstocked warehouses (including one in Berlin) an efficient logistics system and a growing B2B sales division.
Currently LYKO employs over 1200 people processes around 7 million orders per year and generates a revenue of over 300 million. After huge success in the Nordics four years ago we decided to expand into the Netherlands Poland Austria and Germany aiming to conquer all of Europe! The exciting part This is just the beginning!
