Job Description

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a detailoriented Licence and Compliance Officer to provide administrative support in maintaining Citys regulatory licensing and compliance obligations. This role is responsible for ensuring corporate and workforce licences remain up to date reviewing subcontractor compliance maintaining regulatory records supporting audit processes and coordinating compliancerelated communications.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Corporate & Business Licensing

  • Assist with the submission renewal and monitoring of corporate licences including processing payments and data entry.
  • Track and communicate compliance obligations updating City procedures as needed.

Trade Licence Compliance

  • Monitor individual trade licences to ensure they remain valid.
  • Support the review and communication of regulatory changes affecting workforce licences.
  • Review and verify subcontractor business licences during onboarding and renewals.
  • Communicate licensing requirements to subcontractors.

Compliance Documentation & Records Management

  • Maintain and improve the Compliance Team Site.
  • Organize and store all licensing documents records and regulatory correspondence.
  • Collate historical compliance records for external stakeholders as required.
  • Monitor the compliance inbox and coordinate responses and actions.

To be considered for this role you will be/have:

  • A tertiary qualification in business or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 23 years experience in a compliancerelated role or FM/building industry licensing administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office SharePoint and Teams.
  • Strong written communication skills for internal and external engagement.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Full Australian working rights.
