We are seeking a dedicated and detailoriented Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for defining procedures and methodologies to perform RCA related to cable systems including highvoltage (HV) cables and their accessories.
This role requires a handson approach to forensic analysis and support for inspections and qualifications of new products.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct operative and handson forensic analysis following all phases meticulously.
Support inspections and qualifications of new products in collaboration with internal and external customers.
Assist with RCA processes in both plant locations and headquarters.
Utilize statistical analysis theory and software to support RCA activities.
Operate and maintain analytical laboratory equipment as needed.
Qualifications:
Experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) is preferred but not mandatory.
Knowledge of statistical analysis theory and proficiency with relevant software.
Experience with analytical laboratory equipment.
Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with highvoltage (HV) cable systems and their accessories.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
