Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Mid Atlantic Region

AECOM is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to work hybrid within the midAtlantic Area. The incumbent will support Infrastructure projects within our East Region with a core focus on Buildings & Places Project and Program Management and Water.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Manages full lifecycle recruitment including creating search strategies actively sourcing candidates prescreening interviewing and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers negotiating offers and facilitating the hiring and onboarding processes.
• Provide consultation to hiring managers on all aspects of the hiring process including hiring strategies recruitment cycle timing coaching and guidance on best practices and sourcing trends.
• Responsible for developing recommending and executing recruitment strategy with decision makers to ensure a successful candidate search within the identified time frames.
• Uses proactive methods to network with industry experts and professional industry related associations in order to build ongoing passive candidate networks.
• Builds relationships and communicates consistently and proactively throughout the recruitment process to ensure all participants in the hiring process are updated and well informed.
• Creates a positive candidate experience (for both the selected and nonselected candidates) throughout the entire recruiting process.
• Other duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications :

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelors degree 6 years of recruiting experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education of full life cycle recruiting.
• Experience recruiting in Architecture Construction and relevant engineering fields. 
• Experience building strong business relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers.
• Willing and able to travel 1015 and regularly visit an AECOM office in either Atlanta Orlando Tampa greater DMV area.  

Preferred Requirements

• Experience working for a large multinational matrixed organization.
• Strong written/verbal communication negotiation analytical skills and the ability to make cold calls.
• Experience utilizing SmartRecruiters Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Workday and proficient with MS office.
• Strong sourcing and networking skills.
• Experience maintaining confidential and sensitive information with proven ability to make decisions based on sound judgment.
• Experience working with geographically dispersed virtual teams as well as have the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to change recruitment direction and priorities based on changing critical needs.
