A Recruitment Account Manager Sarasota Florida (InOffice)

- This is a 1099 Commission based position

Responsibilities
- Monday to Thursday 8:30 AM 5:00 PM)
- Friday 9:00 AM 2:00 PM)
- Source engage and build relationships with healthcare professionals
- Manage client accounts and coordinate hiring needs
- Make outbound calls send emails and use modern sourcing tools
- Deliver exceptional service to both candidates and clients
- Work collaboratively with your team to achieve weekly and monthly targets
- Track activities and progress using our ATS and CRM systems
Requirements
- Outbound sales account executive or recruiting experience preferred
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Competitive coachable and goaloriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passionate about making an impact through healthcare staffing
- Healthcare industry knowledge is a plus but not required
- This is an in office position only
