You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking an organised Administration Assistant to support our team with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing timesheets reconciling time posted with hours stated on invoices preparing organisational presentations updating HR records managing the administrative side of IT invoices from receiving an invoice up to the payment approval and assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
