Job Description

The Position

As a Customer Service Representative at our Residential Plumbing location on 1199 St. James Street Winnipeg you will engage with customers daily through inperson interactions phone calls emails and text messages. Success in this role requires professionalism keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering a positive customer experience. Your ability to genuinely care for customers and consistently provide exceptional service will be key to your success. We empower our team members to act like owners and make a difference within our business through striving for innovation and providing excellence in customer service.

Duties:

  • Research products and provide tailored recommendations from our diverse product range.
  • Prospect new customers and foster growth with existing accounts.
  • Generate leads to support the Outside Account Manager.
  • Monitor inventory levels and alert the purchasing team when stock is low.
  • Coordinate with vendors to follow up on back orders and ensure accurate delivery dates for customers.
  • Address customer concerns and complaints finding effective solutions.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For:

  • College and/or University degree.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Quick to learn and proficient in using the relevant software to process orders.
  • A strong work ethic with a high standard of integrity.
  • Selfmotivated and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is an asset specifically Punjabi and/or Hindi
