Post Acute Care Physician Medical Director opportunity in Socorro NM (Part time)
Fantastic parttime opportunity in Socorro New Mexico for a medical professional to provide one day a week of rounding in a skilled nursing facility along with offering medical directorship. This role is ideal for someone looking to expand their practice or seeking a flexible parttime position.
Position Highlights:
- compensation for this parttime 1 day/week opportunity is estimated at $75000 to $80000 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.

Qualifications:
- board certified/board eligible in family medicine (FM) or internal medicine (IM)
- have a passion to serve active older adults
- a desire to lead in a medical directorship role.
As a part of our team you will work with each patients care team to implement an individualized plan of care that meets the patients goals. We provide you with template progress notes that include HPI current medications general exam and review of systems assessments and treatments by diagnosis to allow you to manage your time and have work/life balance.
