About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Java Developer to join one of our crossfunctional Agile teams. In this role you will contribute to the full lifecycle of enterprise applications from design to deployment while helping drive the vision and roadmap for the teams software solutions. Youll have the opportunity to lead by example influence architecture decisions and explore innovative technologies to improve business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver highquality code and solutions aligned with business needs and team objectives.
- Lead or contribute to the design and architecture of scalable maintainable applications.
- Evaluate and recommend technologies or approaches to solve business challenges.
- Champion best practices in coding testing and Agile methodologies.
- Identify opportunities to streamline code and improve system efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with developers product owners and business stakeholders.
- Contribute across the full technology stack.
- Engage in Agile ceremonies to support continuous improvement and team collaboration.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field (preferred).
- 3 years of experience as a fullstack developer.
- 2 years of handson experience with AWS; AWS Certified Developer is a plus.
- Strong experience with Java including Spring Spring Boot Spring JPA Docker REST SOAP and Hibernate.
- Exposure to enterpriselevel applications and fullstack development.
- Familiarity with Agile software development practices.
Preferred Experience with:
- Eventdriven architecture and serverless technologies.
- AngularJS/Angular Bootstrap Node.js SQL.
- Cloud platforms especially AWS.
- SQS Confluent Kafka Kong.
- DevOps tools: Git Gitlab Maven SonarCloud.
- CI/CD best practices.
