Job Description
Position Highlights:
- Position:Emergency Department Nurse
- Job Type:PRN
- Location:Community Hospital/Emergency Department
- Schedule:PRN/Pool
Responsibilities:
- The Registered Nurse will provide general patient care.
- Ongoing review of patients electronic or paper chart for orders results and documentation related to medication lab radiology treatments etc. Ongoing communication with other nurses and clerk to ensure that orders have been entered.
- Continued assessment in a thorough and ongoing manner from triage through discharge including use of auscultation palpation diagnostic and monitoring equipment. Maintains awareness of comfort and safety needs of patient. Reports any concerns or changes in patients condition to the Medical Provider.
- Documentation of patient information.
- Medication administration.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in nursing with one 1 year of related experience (or equivalent)
- Requires current and unrestricted licensure as a Registered Nurse in Colorado.
- Current ACLS/BCLS on hire.
- PALS/ENPC/TNCC within 6 months of hire.
- Charge experience preferred.
Compensation:
- $36.00 $41.40 per hour depending on education and experience.
- Discretionary bonuses relocation expenses merit increase market adjustments recognition bonuses and other forms of discretionary compensation may be available.

- Relocation: Must relocate to Grand Junction CO 81505
- Work Location: Inperson/onsite
