We are looking for a Licensing Specialist to join Element Fleet Management. As the largest pureplay fleet manager in the world we provide unmatched products and services and solutions to our clients.

As the Licensing Specialist you will ensure that our clients are on the road and always compliant. The Licensing Specialist is responsible for processing and renewing vehicle registrations as well as responding to incoming inquiries and requests including billing related tasks relevant to the Licensing team. A successful candidate works well in a team environment is confident in a fastpaced environment and demonstrates exceptional organizational and people skills while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
A Day in the Life
- Complete Licensing projects lease assignments and assumptions name changes sale lease back amalgamations provincial registration number creation join ventures
- Ensure deliverables are completed to satisfy the monthly requirements within benchmarks
- Execute incoming Service Cloud requests ensuring accurate detailed and on time responses
- Process billing for all Licensing related tasks
- Ensure all billing is received and processed prior to billing cutoff for month in question
- Service as Licensing Subject Matter Expert assisting Commercial team as needed
- Serve as point of contact to communicate and resolve issues with other teams
- Assist team to complete daily tasks during seasonal highs and vacation periods
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business or related field
- Comprehensive understanding of Canadian Licensing regulations and requirements is an asset
- Bilingual preferred but not required
- Fleet industry experience is an asset
- 2 3 years of customer service experience preferred
The hiring base salary range for this position is $54400 to $74800 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individuals knowledge skills experience equity with other team members and alignment with market data.
