Description:
RPO Recruitments client a wellestablished civil contractor in the Western Cape is currently searching for a hardworking and dedicated Safety Officer to join their team in Cape Town as soon as possible.
Responsibilities:
- Compile Safety Plans/files
- Internal Auditing
- Site training (Induction Toolbox talk Risk Assessments etc.
- Ensure that construction site works comply with the required H&S Act and Construction Regulations
Requirements:
- Matric Certificate together with Certificates in Incident Investigation Risk Assessor Fall Protection Legal Liability etc.
- SACPCMP Registration as a Construction Health & Safety Officer
- Minimum 3 5 years experience in Health & Safety in the Construction Industry
- Ability to work independently
- Sound knowledge of the Occupational H&S Act/Construction Regulations
Benefits:
Salary: R300K R480K CTC per annum negotiable
