Job Description
The Shri Ram Wonder Years Faridabadinvites smart energetic and creativeprofessionals to be a part its family. We are looking for someone who is extremely customer centric and passionate towards new challenges to achieve the goal.
The role primarily focuses on the following:
- Responsible to facilitate the entire admission process for prospective parents & address queries of prospective and existing parents
- Follow up on leads generated through various sources and effective conversion of leads
- Providing indepth information to prospective parents this includes counselling
through phone email chat social media and face to face - Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the prospective parents pipeline
- Details pertaining to lead discussions & conversion should be updated realtime on ERP software
- Meet and overachieve the given weekly monthly and quarterly target in terms of revenue as well as number of enrolments.
- Handle objections and reasons for negotiation to increase enrolment of the student
- Maintain effective communication till the time student is onboarded
- Responsible for adherence of the inside admission process tools and data management
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience. Preference to be given for the candidates who have earlier worked as an Admission Counsellor in a reputed Preschool.
Qualification:Graduate or Post Graduate
Key Skills:
- Good Communication skills.
- Must be quick learner
- Ability to handle pressure
- Prior experience of customer handling
- Readiness for work in a targetbased role.
- MS Office proficient with skills to handle ERP
