Location: Edinburgh or Glasgow

The Role:
As a Technology Lawyer / Senior Commercial Lawyer you will provide highlevel legal expertise on commercial and technologyrelated matters supporting clients across a range of industries. Your responsibilities will include:
- Advising on technology contracts software agreements data protection and commercial transactions
- Drafting and negotiating complex agreements with a focus on IP IT outsourcing and digital transformation projects
- Providing strategic legal support to businesses navigating regulatory and contractual risks
- Collaborating with internal teams and external clients to ensure legal compliance in fastevolving sectors
- Supporting business development initiatives and engaging in thought leadership within the legal and technology space
The Person:
The ideal candidate will have:
- 4 years PQE in technology law commercial contracts or a related field
- England/Wales Qualified
- Strong technical expertise in IT IP outsourcing and data protection
- A commercial mindset with the ability to advise on risk and strategy
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- The ability to work autonomously while also collaborating within a team
