We are delighted to continue collaborating with a fantastic group of gastropubs. One of their luxurious country retreats with rooms which has recently undergone a refurbishment is looking for a Chef De Partie to join their talented kitchen brigade.
Youll be wondering whats in it for you as a Chef De Partie
- 31200 per annum plus 8000 service charge
- Working 48 hours per week
- Cooking with fresh locally sourced ingredients
- Working alongside a highly skilled team
Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie
- Creating a variety of stunning dishes from the gastropubs everchanging seasonal menus
- Making the most of the gastropubs access to the very best locally sourced ingredients
- Going above and beyond to perfect your culinary skills and techniques
- Showcasing excellent communication skills and working well alongside others
