Construction Solicitor / Construction Associate
Location: Bristol
Salary: per annum (DOE)
Are you an experienced Construction Solicitor looking to take your career to the next level Join our client a leading national law firm with a growing Construction team offering exposure to highprofile projects and complex disputes.
The Role
As a Construction Associate you will:
- Advise on both contentious and noncontentious construction matters including contract drafting negotiation and dispute resolution.
- Manage a varied caseload from reviewing and preparing construction documents to handling highstakes litigation cases.
- Work with a diverse client portfolio including contractors developers and consultants.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the firm ensuring an integrated approach to client needs.
- Provide strategic advice on construction disputes including mediation arbitration and litigation.
About You
- 4 years PQE as a Construction Solicitor with expertise in construction law.
- Strong knowledge of standard form contracts (JCT NEC FIDIC) and relevant construction legislation.
- A clientfocused approach with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A proactive teamoriented professional eager to contribute to the firms success.
