RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Develop and maintain a client base through networking and referrals
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and evaluate their insurance needs
- Assess clients current insurance coverage and provide suitable recommendations
- Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients needs and budget
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns
- Stay uptodate with industry trends regulations and changes in insurance policies
- Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions for insurance contracts Achieve predetermined sales goals
- Work with Account Manager to service and renew clients annually
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Florida 220 Insurance License or obtain within 60 days of employment
- Strong knowledge of insurance products including benefits administration and HIPAA regulations or ability to learn
- Proven experience as an Insurance Producer or similar role
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Successful business to business sales experience
- Detailoriented with the ability to analyze complex information
- Ability to daytime travel
