Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager required to join a global leading engineering manufacturer.
The Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager will work remotely mainly covering Scotland selling various pressure and temperature products such as pressure gauges pressure switches pressure sensors thermometres temperature switches and temperature sensors.
The Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager will ideally have experience selling or managing key accounts of mechanical / industrial engineering products. Full product training provided.

Account Manager / Sales Engineer / Area Sales Manager Role
- Managing a number of key accounts via distribution channels and OEM customers within the mechanical engineering industry. Selling into industries such as chemical food & bev oil & gas power generation water and more.
- Manage and grow existing relationships as well as business development selling pressure gauges pressure switches pressure sensors thermometres temperature switches and temperature sensors
- Maintaining new sales with demonstration exhibition and negotiation in order to achieve targets.
- Working closely with the Internal Sales Department to ensure an excellent standard of aftersales service is provided.
- Liaise with various engineering departments.
- Work remotely covering Scotland.
Account Manager / Sales Engineer / Area Sales Manager Requirements
- Experience as a Key Account Manager Account Manager Area Sales Manager Sales Engineer Business Development Manager Technical Sales Engineer or similar within engineering.
- Must have experience of face to face meetings and booking appointments to see customers on a weekly basis.
- Willideallyhave experience selling or managing key accounts of mechanical / industrial products. Full product training provided.
- Determination enthusiasm and motivation to succeed grow and bring on new business within Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering markets.
- Full clean driving license.
- Willingness to operate remotely within Scotland with travel to customer sites
