Position: Residential Property & Conveyancing Solicitor
Location: Conwy Wales
Experience Required: 5 Years PQE

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Residential Property & Conveyancing Solicitor to join our clients dynamic team in Conwy. With a minimum of 5 years postqualification experience you will be instrumental in managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions and providing exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion including sales purchases remortgages and leases.
- Provide expert legal advice to clients on a range of propertyrelated matters ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Draft and review legal documents including contracts transfer deeds and property agreements.
- Liaise with clients estate agents mortgage lenders and other parties involved in the transaction.
- Stay updated on relevant legislation and best practices in property law to offer informed advice.
What Were Looking For:
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE in residential property and conveyancing law.
- Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process and property law with a proven track record in managing a highvolume caseload.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a clientfocused approach.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- A proactive and collaborative mindset ready to contribute to the success of the team.
