Job Description
Chiropractor Mankato MN 80 miles SW of Minneapolis)
We are looking for a dynamic Chiropractor to join our growing Chiropractic team in Mankato MN. We are looking for a compassionate caring Chiropractor who is a great adjuster who is passionate about the benefits of chiropractic care and is sports/MSK and neurology minded joining our practice full time. Ideally we are seeking a Chiropractor who is interested in long term growth within our company someone who is loyal and committed to our practice and its purpose. Must be willing to learn new technology rehab techniques and protocols to keep the clinic efficient. Must also have a willingness to grow into a leader not only for the clinic but as a leader of the community. Mankato is a wonderful place to live with about 45000 people a college with successful sports team including a D1 Mavericks hockey team and the surrounding rural areas are great to explore and grow with very high performing academics for kids hunting biking trails and even a snow hill.

Duties:
- Patient exam/evaluation and functional exams (medical history present illness review pertinent records/reports and physical exam)
- Order/take and review Diagnostic imaging/Xrays
- Patient education as to the ROFs treatment options home exercise programs therapy modalities and benefits of staying on care plans and continued chiropractic care
- Chiropractic Care to include therapies and modalities exercise programs onsite rehab manual therapy and chiropractic adjustments Mixed techniques Activator Diversified IASTM)
- Oversight of the Therapy floor Assist techs and patients with exercise treatments and modalities
- Regular Progress checks
- Documentation timely and accurate
- Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care
- Graduation from an Accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
- Chiropractic license in MN
- Full time Minimum 36 Patient Hours/Week
- $60k to start but can go as high as $200000 based on performance
