What Youll Do
- Keep the office running smoothly by organizing activities and operations.
- Answer phone calls respond to emails and distribute mail like a pro.
- Maintain office supplies (because who doesnt love a wellstocked office).
- Manage calendars and appointments to keep everything on track.
- Maintain records and files (both digital and paper).
- Assist with light tax preparation dont worry well show you how!
- Support the CEO and team with clerical tasks and special projects.
What Were Looking For
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 6 months of admin or clerical work (bonus points if youve worked in an office before!.
- Skills: Strong communication organization and attention to detail.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite especially Outlook.
- Curiosity: A willingness to learn and grow in the tax field.
The Details
- Schedule: Parttime Monday Wednesday and Friday 9:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. with some flexibility.
- Location: Onsite in Punxsutawney PA yes youll work in the home of the famous groundhog!
- Physical Requirements: Mostly desk work with light lifting (up to 15 lbs).
