Job Description
**This position will require travel to different locations throughout the state such as Willingboro/Burlington area and the Howell/Freehold area**
What You Get To Do:
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for all preventative corrective and renovative maintenance of assigned buildings grounds vehicles and property including: planning implementation quality assurance and budget adherence.
This position does have an on call rotation 1 week or more per month
Qualifications :
What Makes You A Great Fit:
- High school diplomas or GED
- Two 2 years experience in building maintenance including heating plumbing electrical and general repair.
- Must possess ability to evaluate cost effectiveness and preventative measures.
- must have good decisionmaking and communication skills be responsible mature flexible and able to work independently and as a team member.
- Appropriate transportation and basic tools required.
- Ability to be on call in evenings and weekends
