Join our team as an IT Analyst and become a key player in designing implementing and maintaining the IT infrastructure for our expanding organization. This hybrid position situated in Boston is perfectly suited for those with a deep interest in developing optimizing and safeguarding cuttingedge technology solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Administer daily IT operations ensuring robust support infrastructure for a dynamic organization.
Engage with cuttingedge technologies demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and system security.
Optimize configurations and maintain system updates to minimize organizational risk.
Manage and prioritize multiple projects adapting swiftly to evolving business needs.
Provide comprehensive SaaS application administration and support.
Resolve user issues efficiently using ticketing tools and providing outstanding hardware and operating system support.
Requirements:
13 years experience in an IT Help Desk role or a similar capacity.
Meticulous attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven problemsolving abilities and troubleshooting acumen.
Experience in SaaS application administration.
Proficiency in assisting users through ticketing systems.
Capable of supporting a variety of hardware and operating systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous work in a startup or fastpaced environment is an asset.
Experience with videoconferencing support.
Knowledge in asset management and tracking.
Familiarity with MacOS support.

This position may be considered a promotional opportunity pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act.
The anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is US$65000 to $75000 annually for USbased employees. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations is based on a fulltime work schedule and is Bitsights good faith estimate as of the date of this posting. Within the range individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including jobrelated skills experience and relevant education or training.In addition to base salary this role is eligible for participation in a bonus or commission plan and an equity grant.
