Your role will involve:
Delivering selfdriven strategic business plans and achieving consistent sales results to gain territory growth and market share: relationships andmanaging your territory to become a product expert while providing clinical and technical expertise in the hospital setting
Being present in the operating theatre to assist surgeons and theatre staff maximise the use and application of Stryker products
Commitment to ongoing learning and upskilling of our own products and developing an indepth understanding of the market
What youll bring:
Ideally you will reside in either Geelong or West Melbourne and be willing to travel to Ballarat and Warrnambool semifrequently.
Experience in the orthopaedic industry preferred however a background in allied health or similar experience also considered.
Burning desire to integrate a highperforming team.
Strong commercial acumen with a salesfocused mind.
Strong anatomical or clinical knowledge.
Must be selfdriven with a proven ability to work autonomously as well being able to integrate into a highperforming team.
Demonstrated written and verbal communications skills.
