The Pentagon and MultiDomain Division provides the technical analyses needed to inform and underpin decisions made by senior leaders within the Department of Defense (DoD). We address a broad range of Department of the Air Force issues to help shape current and future DoD missions taking on challenging problems on behalf of our DoD customers in areas such as emerging technologies operational analysis architecture policy and strategy developmental planning system of systems engineering and threat reduction.
The Joint and MultiDomain Programs Subdivision provides leadership on a diverse portfolio of work including technical expertise and analysisbased decision support to senior leaders within the military services the combatant commands and multiple DoD agencies. This position will support the Department of Air Force Program Executive Office for Command Control Communication and Battle Management (DAF PEO C3BM) to integrate Mission Engineering with enterprise portfolio management to support the DAF Force Design process. Mission Engineering (ME) encompasses the full technical effort to analyze design and integrate current and emerging operational needs and capabilities to achieve desired mission outcomes. This position will inform the development of ME models guide the development of strategy and processes by which ME informs key DAF enterprise decisions and interface ME models and processes with other Headquarters Air Force decisionmaking tools.
Work Model
This position will be a hybrid work model which will require onsite work and offer partially remote n Arlington VA (Crystal City) or Chantilly VA as the business needs allow.
