We have identified your key learning objectives along with internship responsibilities that will help you achieve vital skills for your career in Sales. You can expect to gain real life experience a glimpse into a global mindset a mentor in Sales and training from some of the best of the best in the Sales department at Park Place Technologies.

Did I forgot to mention that all your hard work will culminate in an end of internship presentation to Management and CSuite Executives Dont worry we got your back. Well prepare you with everything you need during your 10 weeks with us to ensure it goes over smoothly.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES OF INTERNSHIP PROGRAM:

  • Ability to network and build relationships with individuals within the IT organization
  • Apply learned knowledge of Park Place Services to overcome objections
  • Utilize sales cycles to engage and conduct prospecting through coldcalling and other social selling aspects such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Email
  • Develop skills to utilize professional CRM database
  • Learn the proper foundations and techniques to build a career in sales

WHAT YOUR DAY TO DAY LOOKS LIKE:

  • Participate in weekly training topics such as sales methodology mock call sessions skills training & various other topics
  • Engage and build rapport through prospecting techniques to potential new customers
  • Utilize CRM and additional software to generate leads for Account Managers
  • Conduct research and continuously prospect for lead generation
  • Coordinate and participate in clientfacing conference calls
  • Provide excellent customer service to maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Assist Account Managers and other sales staff; effectively communicate with teammembers
  • Join in team building events such as for loot & various other contests
  • Participate in weekly internship activities and assignments
  • Other tasks and duties as assigned

OUTLINED METRICS OF INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

  • 4060 Cold Calls per day
  • 5 Meaningful Conversations per day
  • 1 Scheduled and/or completed Conference Calls per day

WHAT YOU NEED TO PASS GO:

  • Studying toward a degree in Sales Business Administration or other related field
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills
  • Skin thick enough to make coldcalls (and keep going after rejection)
  • Strong Work Ethic (Were talking stronger than all your friends)
