Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop implement and monitor quality control standards and procedures.
Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
Collaborate with departments to resolve quality issues and ensure products/services meet organizational and customer expectations.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality performance across processes.
Coordinate NCRs treatment.
Manage and troubleshoot IT systems including software hardware and network infrastructure.
Ensure that IT solutions support business needs and optimize workflow efficiency.
Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers to maintain system reliability and security.
Assist employees with technical issues and provide training on new IT tools and processes.
Manage workplace injury reports and implement corrective actions as needed.
Lead and implement ESG initiatives.
Oversee the maintenance repair and operation of the companys facilities.
Coordinate office space utilization including layout planning and space optimization.
Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors for facility services.
Mentor and develop department supervisors fostering professional growth and skill development.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to ensure alignment with department goals.
Other duties as assigned.
