Responsibilities:
Actively reach out to potential customers and build relationships to generate sales leads
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives for potential customers
Assist customers in the purchase process from initial contact to delivery of the vehicle
Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions throughout the sales process
Stay uptodate on new products features and accessories in order to effectively communicate and sell to customers
Maintain a clean and organized showroom and lot to enhance the customer experience
Collaborate with the sales team and management to improve sales techniques and strategies
Complete all necessary paperwork and follow proper procedures for each sale
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
Minimum of 1 years of experience in automotive sales (luxury sales experience is a plus)
Strong knowledge of the automotive industry including features performance pricing and current market trends
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to negotiate and close sales effectively
Proficient computer skills
Valid drivers license and a clean driving record
Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and some holidays
