Job Description
A critical access hospital in Northern New Hampshire is searching for a Registered Nurse House Coordinator to join its growing team. In this role you will provide leadership and clinical expertise to all nursing departments including Med/Surg ED ICU Same Day Surgery Oncology etc. You will work closely with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate nursing services and ensure optimal patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise team members act as Charge nurse and provide direct patient care as needed across all departments.
- Rounding on all nursing departments every 4 hours and as needed.
- Serving as the clinical backup RN in high acuity units including ED ICU PACU Same Day Surgery etc.
- Contribute to the mission vision and strategic plan of the organization.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Active RN license
- 5 years of RN experience
- 2 years of experience in the ED or ICU is strongly preferred.
Additional info:
- Fulltime permanent position
- Schedule: 3x12 7p7a
- Pay: $3654/hr. base depending on experience differentials
