About the role
The Roller Operator role is vital for the upkeep of the road network in the City of Coffs Harbour. We are seeking a dedicated candidate with proven expertise in plant operation related to the maintenance of both sealed and unsealed roads.
You will bring a solid understanding of plant maintenance and the ability to proactively identify and report any issues through the Citys maintenance management system. Ideal candidates will have handson experience in roller operations and road construction or maintenance and will thrive in a collaborative team environment.

About you
- Certificate III in Civil Construction or equivalent
- Current Heavy Rigid (HR) Drivers Licence
- Demonstrated experience in the safe and efficient operation of Rollers in accordance with relevant legislative requirements
- National Construction Induction Certificate (White card).
Whats on offer
- Starting salary from $55672.04 11.5 superannuation
- Permanent Full Time 38 hours per week
- Options to accrue RDOs and flexible working arrangements.
