The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Java Software Engineer to play a key role in developing scalable highperformance applications. In this role you will contribute to both the architecture and handson development of complex systems ensuring reliability and efficiency at every stage.
Working closely with crossfunctional teams you will leverage your expertise in Java AWS microservices and RDS to build robust solutions that drive our success. Your ability to balance deep technical knowledge with a collaborative mindset will be essential in shaping the future of our engineering landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Develop: Implement scalable maintainable and highperformance Java applications with a strong focus on microservices.
- Cloud Solutions: Build and optimize cloudbased applications leveraging AWS services including ECS EC2 SQS DynamoDB and RDS (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers DevOps engineers and key stakeholders to define system requirements and deliver impactful software solutions.
- ProblemSolving: Diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges ensuring system efficiency reliability and scalability.
- Knowledge Sharing: Fostering best practices and continuous learning within the team.
- Microservices Expertise: Develop and deploy resilient faulttolerant microservices that support business growth and operational excellence.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Extensive Java Expertise: 4 years of handson experience in Java development including J2EE Spring and Hibernate.
- Cloud Proficiency: Strong experience with AWS services such as ECS EC2 S3 SQS DynamoDB and RDS.
- Database Expertise: Solid understanding of relational databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL) with experience in database design scaling and optimization.
- Microservices Architecture: Proven experience developing microservices using Spring Boot Docker and Kubernetes.
- API Development: Expertise in designing and consuming GraphQL and REST APIs for scalable and efficient communication between services.
- Search & Logging Technologies: Handson experience with Elasticsearch and Kibana for data indexing search and visualization.
- Build & Dependency Management: Proficiency in Maven/Gradle for dependency management and project build automation.
- Caching & Performance Optimization: Experience with Redis for caching session management and performance improvements.
- ProblemSolving Mindset: A keen analytical thinker with the ability to debug optimize and enhance complex applications.
- CloudNative Development: Handson experience building and deploying applications in AWS environments.
- DevOps & CI/CD Knowledge: Proficiency in Git GitHub/GitLab and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams to drive business and technical success.
- Education & Experience: A degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent realworld experience.
Desired Skills:
- Strong understanding of monitoring and alerting solutions including tools like CloudFormation Grafana or CloudWatch to proactively manage system performance and reliability.
