What You Will Do
- Client Management. Lead all aspects of an RPO client relationship ensuring highlevels of client satisfaction and success. Conduct and lead client calls and meetings. Engage client hiring managers and operators. Prepare progress updates. Assist Client Services Manager with critical issues strategic recommendations business reviews and financial management.
- Team Leadership. Supervise a team of Recruiters. Train manage performance monitor progress against goals support career development balance workloads and ensure adherence to standards. Partner with internal marketing team to ensure sufficient candidate flow. Provide recruiting support asneeded.
- Reporting & Process Management. Ensure timely consistent and quality tracking of data in applicant tracking billing and other systems. Update and deliver client reports. Provide recommendations to improve outcomes.

What We Need From You (Our Requirements)
- An account manager with experience in a businesstobusiness setting OR a recruiter with experience managing a client relationship
- Strong technology experience with reporting excel and google platforms
- Confident selfstarter who is motivated to work independently
- Prior experience leading a team or managing multiple employees
- College degree and experience recruiting for hourly positions a plus
- Polished professional and confident communicator
- Industry experience not required
